  • have you started, I am the same as you, bought this programme a few years ago but have never got past week 2, I need somebody to be accountable to and my husband is not helpful in that way!
  • Yay progress!! Today I managed to get through all the sets of crabs with proper form, woohoo, ok I didn't lift my legs but I'll get there eventually, I always try one, just in case I like it as jillian says haha!
  • I love mimi I'm glad everyone else has opinions of the cast and its not just me, I also have them all coupled up in my head, haha strange I know. And every time I look at David I laugh he just makes me think of the Incredible Hulk!
  • I did it in September/oct and lost 4 inches on my waist and between 7-10 pounds, my fitness level was absolutely zero when I started and I found it manageable and did enjoy it.
  • Was so scared of doing cardio 2 for the first time today but I did it and I lived to tell the tale, a definite step up from cardio 1 but like people have said before the 30 secs is definitely easier to push through!
  • I like the jillian michaels band because the handles rotate so no friction on your poor palms, the rest of my body is enough pain so this is a small mercy
  • First day on workout 6 for me, it is hard! Question, is it ok in the windshield wipers for your back to come of the ground a bit? Otherwise I can't get my legs anywhere near down to only an inch of the ground!
  • Ouch! My poor shoulders don't know what's hit them! I couldn't even do those crab things in phase one so I'm just trying to get them perfected, doubt I'll be getting my legs up too much but did try a few! Bring on those strappy tops in the summer!

  • I HATE running man, always makes me feel like I need to pee next most hated are surrenders, (the ones were you kneel down one leg at a anime then stand back up with your arms in the air holding weights). I'm sure as the workouts progress these will be replaced by new most hated moves!
  • I just eat my own diet within the 1200 calorie limit. I am starting to try eat as clean as possible and gradually replacing food in the house with healthier options.   • Workout 3 completed again, I really enjoyed this workout today but I do find the plank into crescent tough as I have gammy hips I can't really swing them up between my arms easily but I know I will get better as the weeks progress. :D
  • So today I've had to break out the deep heat! My right butt cheek and my left calf are so sore!!! But it is solo worth it! I feel so great after doing a workout. Also I just tried on some of my pre pregnancy work clothes and they fit! I'm actually looking forward to work tomorrow just because I can work those clothes YAY

  • So. Today was my first day doing workout 3 and oh my lord did I feel it! I absolutely loved it because it was a change and I burned 352 calories!! Can not argue with that, bring on workout 4 tomorrow :D
