  • You don't have to use the GPS. I have it on accelerometer mode most of the time because I use a treadmill. I absolutely love the app. It's really helped me. I feel like I have to get a run to hear the story.

  • I like JeFIt for the reps. I use a HRM and track it that way on MFP or just not track it at all. That's usually what ends up happening.
  • I just spent $50 on my Nike's and love them. I'm not opposed to buying the expensive ones or anything. I'm pretty sure what I get are last years styles.
  • I take them through out the day but not as a supplement. I find if I add a little of the powder to my water it helps me get my water in. If I don't do a weight day or Insanity I don't take any.

  • I deleted someone on MFP because they deleted me on Fitbit. I thought about it after, they could have deleted their account but she was very active numbers wise so I doubt it.
  • I have nothing against them. I think they are a great tool to build up to doing full push ups. I'm down to about 30/40 degrees now. No injury here, just a severe lack of upper body strength.

  • I do it without the barbell. I know I need to work on my form. I'll hold the barbells in my hands now (week 4) to add a little umph. I also do this because there's no rack to use at the gym I go to. It's just a bench press thing. I'm new to lifting it might be what I need and I just don't know. lol
  • The first one i'm pretty sure is Jay Cutler. He uses supplements. He posts them sometimes on Instagram. Just Google natural bodybuilding. It's not my personal cup of tea but i'm not bashing looking that way. It's an amazing amount of work and big kudos to putting that much dedication to getting your body in shape like that.

  • I got high pony tail, knot, bun or a ponytail half pulled through. I tried running with my hair down, i made it 2 minutes, stopped got a pen from the front desk and had a bun.
