Here's what I do: Strength training everyday but I break down muscle groups Monday: Shoulders/Back/Calves Tuesday: Quads/Hams/Abs Wednesday: Biceps/Triceps/Chest Thursday: Shoulders/Back/Calves Friday: Quads/Hams/Abs Saturday: Biceps/Triceps/Chest For Cardio: Mon, Wed, Fri: 60 min Cycling Intervals

Goal Check In I did it! I met my goal weight (still working on that weekend water intake). Down another 3 lbs - 163 lbs :love: Have a Blessed Yule (winter solstice today). I know I will!!

CHECK IN Good Morning Al!! Today is my weigh-in day. Down 0.8 :smile: and am getting closer to exceeding the 8 *cups* of H2O a day on the weekends :drinker: 5 *cups* on Saturday & 9 *cups* on Sunday (*cups* = 8 oz). so 112 oz out of a recommended 128 oz met. Geaux Me!!

I've had my Zumba DVD's for a little over 2 weeks now & I still feel silly bouncing around with them .

CHECK-IN - ... is normally on Friday. Last Friday I weighed in the same as the previous week. I did a little better with the weekend water intake but still not *getting* the recommend 8 glasses.

Okay, it's my weigh-in day and I didn't gain or lose anything :ohwell: . Thanksgiving didn't hurt me, Yeah!! but still a little sad (just a little) that I didn't lose anything. Oh, well - next week :bigsmile:

I decided to weight in this morning (normal weigh in is on Fridays). I'm down another 2.4lbs! Now to maintain this for the day with all the lovely Thanksgiving food around ... Thanks for everyone's support!

Another Non-Mom here! as of my last weigh-in I was down another 0.4 lbs. I changed up my workout and it seemed to be not for the good ... needs more tweeking. We'll see if I tweek in the right direction on my next weigh-in, Friday ... epp, Turkey Day best be nice to me :wink: lol. It's great to see a place for those of us…
