Maybe its for people who want to make sure they can get the form right before they start lifting lots of weight.
Or maybe for ppl returning from injury.
Or perhaps for the smaller muscle groups.

Sigh i juat wish i were strong enough to lift more than a kg on my dumbells

    :(

I don't have pink ones, but my Pekingese likes my orange ones.

I'd seriously want all of the weights to be pink, no matter the size.

Get rid of the stereotype that pink is somehow a weak color. :<

Just wondering if someone could help me with a new weight lifting gym routine. Currently I am just doing whatever my hubby does but I am thinking I should be doing my own thing. Only issue is I can't do any leg exercises really, I have major knee issues right now, seriously I mean I get up from sitting a little weird and my knee pops out of place. Just trying to make myself look at least a little better and know that lifting is the best option for me. Please help......Thanks!

I don't need pink weights. I use the big black ones.

Nobody mistakes pink for a weak color when I am wearing it.
