Strength Training and Cardio

I am currently taking a tumbling class, and the instructor gave me strength training exercises to do every day to work on my core. My question is, should I be doing cardio every day along with this? or just a few days a week? thanks for all of the help- trying to figure out the right "schedule" for this is one of the hardest parts for me!

    I do strength training M W F and Cardio on M-F, I take the Weekends off, unless I miss a day during the week.

    Do the strength exercises work anything other than your core?
    I'd suggest doing them every other day, and adding different full-body workouts to the in-between days.

    Here's what I do:

    Strength training everyday but I break down muscle groups
    Monday: Shoulders/Back/Calves
    Tuesday: Quads/Hams/Abs
    Wednesday: Biceps/Triceps/Chest
    Thursday: Shoulders/Back/Calves
    Friday: Quads/Hams/Abs
    Saturday: Biceps/Triceps/Chest

    For Cardio:
    Mon, Wed, Fri: 60 min Cycling Intervals
