    The biggest challenge is finding yourself worthy....or at least that's where I am at on this journey.... I've sick of being told that I'm pretty but with weightloss would be better... I have a wonderful boyfriend that thinks I'm fine how I am, but doesn't understand what I see when I look at myself.... good luck on your journey you can do it :)

    :smile: I am a 54 year old women who is trying to loose the 12 lbs that i put on over the holidays. My problem is that i work 2:30 pm
    to 11:30 pm. When i get off i come home and eat. And sweets have always been my weakness. I am determined to excerise
    and loose these 12 lbs. If you have any suggestions please help me out.
