Ladies in the 130's! How many calories do you net?

Hey guys! I'm 5ft 6in and my goal weight is around 135. For those around the same height, what is your weekly calorie goal? Thanks!!

I think she meant 1200 / day, not week! I'm 134 but a little shorter and I'm at 1200 per day.0

I'm 5' 2", 137, try to take in 1600-1800 and after working out net 900 - 1300.0

Well, I am 5'6" and keep bouncing around 133 to 137ish.
If I could stop yo-yoing. I'd love to maintain around 130 to 133 and find a range of cals that keeps me there.
I have some binge weeks and go up, get on track then lose, then gain, then lose. Can't seem to stay constant.
Some of it is half marathon training making me more hungry, the other is some stressors going on right now.
So to answer the question, for losing, it is 1,200.0 -

Daily I net on average 1500 calories. I am training for a half marathon and exercise 7 days a week, STTHSa Run MWF Strength train. I weigh 135 and haven't budged regardless of what MFP tells me I should weigh when I finish my daily journal. I think I am at my ideal weight at this point so I am just focusing on eating healthy and maintaining, wouldn't mind 5 more pounds though!0

I'm just under 5'6, my goal weight was 135 but I got as low as 126 (too low) and have been staying around 129-130. Net 1500-1800/day and I have a fairly active lifestyle plus exercise regularly but not crazy-like.0

I'm seeing a lot of 1200 which I could never ever do. LOL! I workout a lot though...do you net 1200? Or you eat 1200 calories a day no matter what? Thanks!0

anywhere from 975-1400... just depends on the day. i am about 133/134#0

I'm 5'6 and my goal is 1270. With exercise I'd say I hit 1500. If don't exercise I try to stay as close to the 1270 as possible. It's hard but working!0
