So far so good im on week 3 of the pretraining and i feel stronger as well, pounds havent fallen off but i think that my diet to be honest i need to work on it.

What kind of results have you seen? I'm on week 2 of the pre-training and so far i love it, It has me on the ground huffing and puffing every time but you're right.. worth it!! :D

Yes it helps a lot actually, trying to keep my motivation up and 10 kg is amazing !! I hope i can lose that much .. even half of the would be amazing! are you following her eating plan as well or just the workouts?

Thank you ! That's great advice! So far I'm doing good I know there is the time limit of 7 minutes for each circuit and i just try to get through as much of it as possible. The pictures make it look so easy.. until you're actually doing it :D

Yeah I've heard the program has been out for a few years but I never tried it . I follow her on instagram and see all the before and afters .. hoping to be one of those one day lol

Try wearing the fitbit more loose and farther up on your wrist if possible, I always wear mine above my wrist bone

Bump * I just started insanity Monday as well and have gained 2 lbs

Lol well your dr. did a little bit better than mine yours had you netting around 500. Mine said its all about calories in vs calories out (which I understood) then proceeded with so if you run for an hour that's only 600 or so calories . And you need to burn off everything you eat . Summery lol he wanted me to net 0 haha no
