Hey guys. I don't know about you but Before and After photos are my biggest inspiration! I want to see yours! You may have seen me before, but I'm back and better. I started my journey Feb of this year. I lost my weight in 4 months. I started getting my current physique by adding about an hour of weight training 3-4 days a week before my cardio in about 2. I'm still going! I hope to inspire others. I'm 23 years old, 5'2". 21% BF.

Certainly not a before and after, but here are 3 that I'm proud of:

And the difference one week can make-this is week 2 and week 3 (I GAINED 3.2 lbs this week):
I have a lot to go, but it's nice to see a little progress already.0 -
