I am 5'1" and 182 pounds, but I wear a size 10 jeans. Although I am quite top heavy I carry a lot of weight in my chest and have to go up to 12/14 for dresses.

Another pound down, so I am down to 173.5! Only 2 pounds to go!

Another half a pound lost, down to 174.5, 3 pounds to go!

Only a couple days in and I have lost 1.5 pounds, so now I am at 175 :)

I only lost 2 pounds last month, so hopefully this month will be better. My starting weight is 176.5, making my goal weight for the end of June 171.5.

My weight loss has been very slow lately. So far I have only lost 2 pounds this month, putting me at 176.5. I am not sure if I will lose more by months end.

Practically every meal I ate before starting this lifestyle change was fast food. I never considered calories. I would have a 400-500 calorie breakfast sandwich from Panera w/ a 600 calorie coffee drink, then grab Wendys for lunch w/ a frappucino, and lastly a double quarter pounder from McDonalds for dinner w/ a coke. Hummus with celery or carrots. You could also have Trident brand panko breaded tilapia. One piece of tilapia is good, filing, and only 120 calories.

For my first weigh in I have lost .5 a pound. I am now at 178. Just 4.5 to go!

My starting weight for May is 178.5. My goal is 173.5 by 5/31 :)

The month is almost over. I am at 179. 3 pounds lost. I gained weight in the middle of the month and have been working hard to get to this loss. I am not sure if I will lose any more this month, but I am at least happy I got rid of the gain and I am in the 170s.

I am checking in, I am currently at 180. So I have lost 2 pounds so far this month. 3 more to go :)

I just bought a 2011 Honda CRV last week and I love it! It has every possible bell and whistle and I feel completely pampered driving it. It also has so much room. I have a dog bed in the very back and I can put my puppy back there and take her to the park without getting the seats dirty. It is the best!

I am in again this month. My starting weight for April is 182. So, my goal weight for the month will be 177 (or less :D).

I ended the month at 182. I only lost 4 pounds, but it is better than a sharp stick in the eye! :)

I looked it up, if you want a aquatard, Sears sells them and there is a Sears in Landover, MD. It is located at Landover Mall. Their number is (301) 322-6200. You can call and see if they have any in stock and in your size before you drive there. Have fun in your class.

I started on here in late November of last year, so 5 months. I would guess some people lose sight of their goals and or quit. I have at least one friend on here who has been using this sight for almost a year and he reached his weight loss goal quite a long time ago, he uses this site to help him maintain. It all depends…

Sashimi is with out rice. Tuna sashimi is delicious (as well as other sashimi choices are). Also, a straight up tuna roll or salmon, etc. is actually fairly low in calories and very diet friendly. Sushi is one of the better choices you can make for dinner so enjoy it :)

I have size 12-14, I just gave away all my 16-20 sizes to Goodwill (and I am giving away most of my 14 pants as well) as they were all too big.

I am just getting a over a bout of the flu which account for about half of my weight loss so far, but I have lost 3 pounds and I am now at 183.
