Lose 5 Pounds A Month June 2011 Challenge

So far, I have lost 14 lbs since my first June weigh in, 6/2/11. Next weigh in is June 23rd then final weigh in is June 30th.0

When I woke up this morning I did not know I would do something for the very first time in my llife.
Before work I walked 5 miles.
During work I pushed the stroller around the neighborhood and walked another 5 miles.
That equals 10 miles.
At nap time I walked another 3.1......add it all together and I finished my first half marathon. I did it in just under 4 hours.
I am proud of myself. Now if I could run that distance!
Yes I made myself do those last 3.1 miles at nap time just so I could say I finished a half marathon today.

I was really hoping to get below this but I only have a month before I start TTC. then I gain again

My feet really are hurting, and then I went and sat a 2.5 hour meeting tonight. My legs were a little sore when I stood up to walk.0 -

total - 5.75lbs so far - woo hoo!

I was bad last week. Barely did any exercise and cheated a bit in the eating. So glad I'm almost there though.

:flowerforyou: Thank you Becky! You are very dedicated and staying focus. I appreciate the team support. Tracking the food everyday sure helps me and I can plan the next day to make adjustments.
