Hello everyone: I really thought I was going to be at a 2 pound loss since I have consistently maintain 400 calories under my daily food log for 5 days straight! I have to take the one pound loss to date and start new video (recently arrived) 30 day shred and no more trouble zones both by Jilliian Michaels. Keep up the good work for those with better results than others. Others, stay motivated because we may lose more for our next weigh in.

Lost 7 lbs June 2-June 9
My next weigh in is June 16th. 7 is a whole lot of weight for a week, but keep in mind that I am a very big dude with lots to lose. 38 lbs since April 26th so far.0 -

Good morning, I hope the first half of the month was good for you all. My shoulder is finally starting to heal and I feel good enough to start exercising in order to reach my goal by the end of the month.
Today,I will go out for a walk before the sun comes out to much. I have got 2 places I need to go to and that will mean a 5k walk when I'll be done. My shoulder has now healed enough and the bouncing of an energetic walk won't be as painful as it was just a few days ago. I hope I won't feel to bad at the end though, I want to keep on walking. If I do a 5 k every day until the end of the month, I might have a chance to reach my goal.
I will also do 200 crunches, 150 squats and 100 overhead tricep extensions. I won't use any weight for those extensions and I am sure the will help with the healing process.

Just think, its probably the muscle build-up causing the weight gain!! I started JM 30 Day Shred on Monday also and when I weighed myself tuesday, I had gained 3lbs!! It'll be gone in a flash!! :drinker:

I was going to say the same thing. I am on vacation this week and finding it hard to eat right and get in exercise. I am not looking forward to weighing in when I get home.
We are now at the in-laws and out of the hotel so I got a 4 mile walk in this morning. It felt great but was a bit harder than usual. I think it was the altitude.

Challenges to over come...our new treadmill just crapped out on us last night! Ugh! Now it's time to start lifting more weights I guess!

Well, I've missed a few weigh-ins...no excuse! But my weight for 06/17/11 is 138.8. Not sure if I will make my goal or not! It hasn't been easy that's for sure! Ugh! christina
