I was bad last week. Barely did any exercise and cheated a bit in the eating. So glad I'm almost there though.

Okay I picked up two pounds while on vacation, but I am confident I will make it to 160 , I am completely back on track now for next week. Keep going strong everyone!!!! By the way I ate absolutely anything I wanted while I was gone so I feel really good about only putting on 2 pounds and I am totally motivated to stay on track so no more backsliding for me, vacation was wonderful but it's back to my great habits again!!!!!0 -
