    I was bad last week. Barely did any exercise and cheated a bit in the eating. So glad I'm almost there though. :smile:

    Only a couple days in and I have lost 1.5 pounds, so now I am at 175 :)

    Another half a pound lost, down to 174.5, 3 pounds to go!

    Okay I picked up two pounds while on vacation, but I am confident I will make it to 160 , I am completely back on track now for next week. Keep going strong everyone!!!! By the way I ate absolutely anything I wanted while I was gone so I feel really good about only putting on 2 pounds and I am totally motivated to stay on track so no more backsliding for me, vacation was wonderful but it's back to my great habits again!!!!!

    I have injured my knee and my ankle. I have been resting due to the fact that I am going on vacation next week. TOM on the way and I have let the sweet tooth monster loose. I am trying to reign it in. I won't be checking in next week. I won't have access to a computer.
