  • I just use sage in my turkey, and then if I am feeling the need for more, I baste it with a little A-1 sauce while I am grilling it...seems to work pretty well for us!

  • My c-section was 8 months ago, and the muffintop is still there...but I have noticed the stretch marks are disappearing as I lose, so I am hoping that means that the muffin top will go away too!

  • I have some issues with motivation also...totally understand! I have found that the best thing I could do was get myself some friends on here as a support system. When I feel like i want to not keep going, I just look at their progress, and it really has helped me stay on track. Everyone is different, but just keep going!

  • Definitely not alone! Mine is due to the fact that my second toe is longer than my big toe...so it never goes away, but I try to get shoes with good toe cushioning.
