I have been using my fitness pal for a couple weeks already. But I'm finding it hard to stay on track and motivated. Does anyone have some good tips to stay focused?

Putting on the weight was easy. But trying to get it off is proving to be hard. Happy weight loss all,

    I have some issues with motivation also...totally understand! I have found that the best thing I could do was get myself some friends on here as a support system. When I feel like i want to not keep going, I just look at their progress, and it really has helped me stay on track. Everyone is different, but just keep going!
