One option you could try is...provided you are mobile enough to do at least 10-20 minutes of continuous walking, even if its a slow pace, try going for walks. I love Chinese food but I save it for my cheat day because it's terrible calorie wise. Unless it specifically says steamed, it's not gonna end well. Turbo Fire! It has a section just for beginners so you can ease into the workouts and build intensity as you go. I did slim in 6 a few years back, it was okay but it gets old fast in my opinion.

I use champion. It wicks away sweat and doesnt cause "nip burn" when I run. I do supplement this with a Nike exercise top, the ones that kinda look like a racerback for extra hold. My girls are big and I hate drawing that "oh wow look at her boobs go" attention lol. So that combo works great for me.

Hmmm...I count mine, because even if your body uses it up quickly it doesnt change the fact that those cals were consumed. You can choose to add it to your daily intake or subtract it immediately from your run, whichever is easier for you but I highly recommend tracking/counting cuz it does count in the end. Plus if you…
