  • I'm 35 and have about 30 lbs to lose (honestly I'm not sure of the number because i'm scared to get on the scale!!) Please add me. I'd love some friends and motivation! Trying to eat right, do some exercise... the usual suspects. My clothes don't fit... so I'm working towards that!!
  • I'll do it with you!! I usually do great with my calorie count until the evening.... and then I go over with snacking :)
  • I'm training for a half-marathon, which may be a little more than what you're running now, but I've found that most programs really stress the rest/stretch days: "Rest is as important a part of your training as the runs. You will be able to run the long runs on the weekend better--and limit your risk of injury--if you rest…
  • I really like taking veggie burgers for lunch. They're usually less than 200 calories, and you can get buns for under 100 calories. There are tons of recipes online to make your own! I also love spaghetti squash, although I usually eat that as a side dish... to a veggie burger :)
  • I know, and you have been a motivator all along!!
  • I would love to see your training schedule!!
  • Week 1, Day 1 yesterday. I fell a bit behind because my knee needed some time to rest. I am in it to win it though :)
  • I can *feel* it in my abs though. And I actually drop .5 lbs, finally!! Sheesh.
  • I'm here!! And finished Level 3 Day 5 last night too!! Woot. I'm feelin really good. My arms have never looked this good :) Where are you seeing results the most?
  • The same thing happened to me!! I totally gained 2 lbs. But my measurements are smaller and I'm sooo much stronger. Which is the point right?? Getting thin is an awesome by-product of what's *really* important: being healthy!! Keep it up girl! You're right on track :)
  • Thank goodness you said that!! I have been getting soooo frustrated that I haven't lost any weight!! My husband says I'm firmer and losing stomach fat... but I want that number to drop sooooo bad :( Maybe once I build up the muscle, the pound shredding will start to occur.
  • Congratulations!! Keep it up!! Does anyone know what the difficulty level of Ripped in 30 is vs. 30DS? ...just wondering if I should be scared :)

  • I just finished Level 3 Day 4. Only 6 days left!!
  • I could barely do the butt-kicks on the first few days of Level 1. It's so nice to be able to do them now...holding weights!! I am sooo much happier with Level 3. Woot.
  • you go girl! That showed superwoman determination!! Congrats. One more day left of Level 2. Almost there!!
  • Today is FINALLY Day 20. Last day of Level 2!!!! Wohooo!! I just want to leave work and go home and finish it. Level 3 better blow my mind with awesome or this is going to be one sad camper :) Lol.

  • I thought I was going to DIE today. But I did it. And you're doing it. It's not supposed to be easy girl :) Otherwise everyone would walk around bein' all hot and ripped!! From what i hear Level 3 is easier! Keep with it. You can do it!!
  • Ripped in 30 starting Nov 1st sounds great to me!! Is everyone going to be done with 30DS who wants to keep going??
  • We should keep the support group going!! I want to do another one after this one too :)
  • I'm on Day 17 I think. No giving up now!! I was thinking about the other 30 video, Ripped in 30? Are you gonna take a day or two off in between, or just go straight into the next one?? I'm game for whatever :) Amy
  • Good job!! You did it anyway. Huge success!!!
  • But you finished it!!! Keep it going. You're doing great :)

  • Soreness is one thing you can push through, PAIN is another thing entirely!! Maybe think about icing to keep down swelling (20 min/ 20 min off), getting ace bandage wrap and wrapping them up, or maybe a brace or two. Wrist braces are easy to find. The 30DS videos don't have much stretching in them!! My husband (who is a…
