I'm like you, I hate water. But where I'm from we don't drink water from taps, only bottled water. What I did is try different brands of water that I seem to like the best (for me it's Evian, yeah its expensive but tastes awsome and makes me drink even more). Ok I get the idea thanks for the help. But I do have another question, what about the shopping activity? I usually go about walking for 2+ hours if I'm shopping, should I not log this too?

Age : 32 Height : 5"1 Daily Calorie intake : 1200 (on weekdays) & 1400 (on weekends) I eat most of my exercise calories back. Workouts : 5-6 days on treadmill (45 min) Weight loss goals : reach 123 and wear a size 10. (I'm at 178.2 now started @ 189.2)
