    Jumping in to share my meals. What a great thread!

    Not the prettiest by far, but here is what I had for dinner last night.

    Scrambled eggs with red bell pepper and freshly cut watermelon:

    Breakfast today. Slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter, banana and cinnamon. I had already started eating it when I remembered to snap a pic:

    i made semifreddo today and it was so good. poured vanilla bean and rum semifreddo it into a springform pan on top of a chocolate pecan crust, swirled homemade caramel and pecans through it, and topped with chocolate drizzle and more pecans.

    Thought I would suck up the fear and start to share my meals again. I am recovering from anorexia and all of these meals incorporate fear foods...be prepared for another pic tonight (my 21st b-day) of my 1st cake slice EVER from a restaraunt. But for now....(pardon these being unhealthy...I am a college student...so these are my dining halls offerings)
