I still trying to cut out sodas-- I get the bottles one but I try to leave it in an other room-- So if I really want it I have to get up and go get a sip :) It isn't the best but sometimes the soda last for a few days. :)

Just bought a Nutribullet !! I am 33 years old. Eat veggies pretty well but I wanted to try to see if I could get more in with all the fiber also. Thanks for getting a group going. I haven't yet taken the nutribullet out of the box yet :ohwell: I think it scares me but I will do it by Christmas.

I do all my BLTS (Bits, Licks, Taste, Sips) I even log diet soda (one because I am trying to cut back on drinking so much) to about my water consumed also. Even "accent" cucumbers, pickles, lettuce, or that 8 calorie sugar free caramel candy!!! Good luck!!

I agree. Do want would make you happy not to make guys happy. I wouldn't suggest being a D-cup. I am DD-cup. I would love to be a B-C cup. I am waiting to see what happens when I lose all the weight lost 40 so far and nothing has happened. GOOD LUCK.

I have been using BodyMedia armband to help me figure out approximate daily calorie burn that tool has helped. But I am also I lot heavier than you so my body needs to burn more calories to do basic living from my understanding. Just keep going you will get where you want to be.

I usually go by 12 am to 11:59pm for a day. If i do eat anything after midnight. I log it as a "snack" to the new day. I figure what ever makes you comfortable and you can follow. Good Luck.

So other dogs like carrots, my dog thinks i always need to share my carrots even though I measured out my carrots to eat and my other cut veggies. :D

Honey is also supposedly helps with allergies and does help with sore throats. If you have allergies for certain pollen in your area you can get locally harvested honey. Cinnamon helps with cholesterol. I might give this a try wouldn't hurt all natural anyway. Yippee science project time :laugh:

Probably a toss up for homemade apple pie or chocolate chip cookies. I would be unable to resist. I am glad I have a good support group at work and home. So they have been helping keeping away any temptations!!

Okay one of my favorite ones. I will hopefully remember this one while my legs are cramping and trying to fall off or while my butt is going numb from being on the bike!!! Hopefully either way I can still stand and walk away.
