    Current Weight- 305
    Lowest weight - 150 when I was 14, 170 at 18, 184 when I met my husband
    Goal Weight- Somewhere between 130 and 152 ( My cousins look great around 145-160 and my little sister looks good at 130 so somewhere around here should be good for me)

    200lbs now was I 194lbs two weeks ago due May has been a celebratory month mother's day and birthday and next week vacation so I'm in maintenance for the rest of the month. In June I will reach my goal weight of 190lbs maybe 180 will see don't want to get to small...

    Lightest weight: 120, but I felt like I was starving myself.

    My goals are no longer to try to just be skinny but to keep building muscle tone and not worry about the scale. :)

    Goal weight: 168 ( a weight that I have been able to maintain successfully for years and I like the way I look!)
    I have a body fat goal of 24% or less, BMI does not matter to me, I like strength training.

    Lowest weight- 145 lbs as an 18yo military cadet with no children.
    Goal weight- I honestly don't know. I'm more concerned with body fat percentage. I'm already at a healthy weight for my height and I don't know how much lower I should go.

    Lightest weight: Probably sometime in my teens but as an adult was 204 lbs
    Goal Weight: I going 115 lbs but I am trying to keep in mind for muscle tone and just be comfortable in my own skin. So my goal might adjust to how I am feeling but I don't think i want to go any lower. Highest goal weight would be 125.

    I don't know how you all do it... I mean how do you continue to loose so much weight? it's been 3 weeks, I exercise 3 to 4 times a week, write down every bit I eat daily and fairly. I lost 3lbs in the first two weeks and gained one last week; so I am net 2. How is that I have gone backwards when I feel like I am doing the right thing? How do you guys continue to loose so much weight? What is it?

    I have been using BodyMedia armband to help me figure out approximate daily calorie burn that tool has helped. But I am also I lot heavier than you so my body needs to burn more calories to do basic living from my understanding. Just keep going you will get where you want to be.

    Lowest: 125 after losing weight from my first son. At 125 I was a size 2/3 and my hip bones, ribs and spine were all sticking out. My husband actually asked me to stop losing because I looked so unhealthy.
    Goal: 130-139 I think I look my best at maybe a 6, but I will be thrilled when I hit an 8 (that 6 might be a stretch after 4 kids) I just want to be healthy and look good in a bathing suit. My husband is a surfer, so the beach is a huge part of our lives.

    Lightest: 185 lbs, Summer of 2000.

    Current weight: 243 lbs.

    Goal weight: 165-185, it depends. I've never really lifted when I lost weight back in 99/2000. Only cardio. I would like to get a six pack, big arms, lose the moobs, and less than 10% body fat.

    Heaviest --112 (caused by medication that really did alter my metabolism)
    Most of adult life spent in the 90s range
    Current -- around 100

    Goal -- not sure. I'm obviously not overweight, although I wouldn't mind weighing a little less. But it would be a lot of work.

    Most successful recent strategy: Intermittent Fasting for 30 days.
