May 16- Mini Challenge! You CAN do this!

3x 50 Jumping Jacks.
2x 50 Squats
1x 50 Lunges (25 per leg) alt (High knees 1 min)

Break them up or do them all together!

I need motivation to do on my back shifts and you can totally get away with doing this anywhere (Private bathroom maybe for the jumping jacks hehe)

    WOW!! Just did and finished this May 16- Mini Challenge. This was a great idea. Thanks for the challenge. Only wondering if anybody else did it also!!
