I love a strawberry salad! Spinach topped with sliced strawberries and whatever nut mix I have (Usually has almonds, cashews, cranberries, yogurt chips) and raspberry vinegarette dressing. I have also done it with raspberries and blueberries instead of strawberries and it is delightful too!

When you set your goals, MFP will give you a calorie number to meet. Even if you do not exercise, if you meet that calorie allotment, you should lose weight. The calorie allotment is already at a deficit for the stats you entered.

Smoothies- I have a personal blender I leave at work. I just take the 'cup' back and forth. I put frozen fruit, spinach, chia ect. In the cup in the morning and just blend at lunch time.

I weigh in weekly for tracking weight loss. I do take out the scale sometimes during the week out of curiosity but only log it once a week, Friday mornings :)

I don't make different meals per say, just different options/sides. If I make a stir-fry on rice, I just have less rice and more veggies. In the morning, I log what I am having for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I use approx amounts for my dinner since I don't quite know yet. ie. Estimate grams of broccoli for dinner. 1000 calories is not enough. Your body is in starvation mode. You should see a nutritionist to help educate you in proper weight loss.

I find the machines that have the HRM scales (and you enter your weight) more accurate. Usually the machine and my fitbit are pretty close to each other.

30DS! With three levels, you can ease into it. 10 days of level 1, 10 days, level 2, 10 days level three. You may even choose to do it twice or three times. Then once you feel comfortable with your abilities, switch to insanity.

I had some for dinner tonight! I LOVE them! They are 'softer' than spaghetti noodles but with my homemade sauce I do not really notice the difference in taste. They have a LOT fewer calories and carbs!

I drink 4Litres a day which is just above a gallon. I feel refreshed and my skin feels good. I find it easier on workout days. The bad part is - you go to the bathroom A LOT! Also, spread it out. When my clothes got noticeably too big I just took them in with a sewing machine. I am in no way a sewer. So, if I took it in and it looked funny I just gave it to good will. I mean, it didn't fit anyways so what did I have to lose?

I like egg whites scrambled with green peppers and mushrooms and a bit of cheese on a slice of toast. I use a little bit of salsa to dip with.

I agree with the cheat MEAL not an entire day. Pick one day of the week (Saturdays for me) and allow yourself a cheat meal. Be careful not to eat a cheat day where you binge on junk ALL day and night. This is counter productive. I usually choose a meal out or something I have been craving all week ie. ice cream.
