I don't eat clean by any means I have managed to lose 65 lbs. on this site since Sept 2012. I don't plan on changing my eating habits when I go into maintenance. I will continue to log but I wont go crazy if I eat a little more or less then mfp tells me.

I know how you feel my brother doesn't think walking is exercise. In the last 13.5 months I have lost over 64 lbs. I used to be the biggest in my house and now I'm the smallest.

1200 is for someone who isn't doing any exercise. That defiantly not you. You should at the very least eat your exercise calories back.

2 lbs. a week is for someone with 75 or more lbs. to lose not 15. You should be 1 lbs. a week its not healthy to lose weight to fast. now or when I'm at my goal weight I will always count calories. Its the only way I know I won't gain all the weight back.

I go through my closet every 2 months and get rid of the stuff that is to big for me. I'm on my 8th bag now. The only clothing I have kept where the things I wore when I first joined the site. I want to do a comparison of then and now for when to the size I want.

90% of my exercise is walking 2ML an hour and since I have been on here September 2012 I have lost 61 lbs. Don't believe them when they say its not exercise because it is I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't.

why all the quick add calories? You might be over estimating your calories and eating less then you think. \if the food your eating isn't in the data base you can easily add them as long as you have the nutritional info.

Only if your under the care of a doctor. If not then don't as long as your at a deficit you will lose the weight. I have lost 61 lbs. since last September and the lowest I have eaten was 1220 and that wasn't for long I felt it was to low. I eat 1500 and I still lose. I'm 5'1 and 39 years old.

to check for iron on here just go under settings and add iron that will tell you if your eating enough iron.

as long as your loosing your burning more calories then you need to maintain so if you eat more your weight should stay about the same as long as your exercising the same.
