1/1/2015 239.8 1/2/2015 233.3 6.5lb off in Jan. Would have been more but went out for food for my mums 60th so that skewed everything, i was at 9.7lb down at one point. Still very happy with that.

01/01/15 239.8 08/01/15 233.9 15/01/15 231.9 22/01/15 233.4 1.5lb up this week. I have not been able to stop eating the biscuits this week and i also hurt my back so i have not been able to exercise or move at all. Hoping for a better week this week.

The start of the week was really bad with it bening my 1st full week back at work. Couldnt keep out of the biscuit tin. 01/01/15 239.8 08/01/15 233.9 15/01/15 231.9 2lb down, i have no idea how i managed that. 7.9lb off so far.

Jan 1st 239.8 Jan 8th 233.9 Thats a 5.9lb loss. Im putting that down to just returning to eating normally after the december binge. Next week will be the real test as my bike training starts in earnest so i have to be really carefull about how much, what type and when i eat. 3lb more and i will be at my dec 1st weight.

managed 23 miles in the worst rain i have been out in in a long time. 1500 cals burnt and lost another half a kilo

Have hardly done anything these last few weeks due to working silly hours at work and now saturdays too :( Lost 0.7kg/1.5lb which im happy about as i have done hardly any exercise and not weighted myself. So im in damage limitation mode until april 2nd when work gets back to normal and i get my weekends back.

43.69 miles on the bike. That is the last time i cycle into town on a weekday i just dont need to deal with all the bad drivers that early in the morning. Should meet the challenge easy as its a 30 min walk each way from the bus stop to the office. Its the end of the day now so i hope every one has had a good day whatever…

nothing today. i have a throat infection and have hurt my back :( at least i ate healthy food today :)

cycled too and from work. 40 miles all told. going to try to do this twice a week from now on if my work life allows me too.

Evening teamsters. Im back. Had to got to london for work so that meant burgers for food as its all i can afford. I have no idea what i weigh as the batteries in the scales are going. I have a job interview tomorrow, 14th, at 13:30 uk time so keep you fingers and tootsies crossed. Will be cycling the 50 mile round trip…

I find if i cycle to work in the morning (fasted) then i dont need to eat as soon as if i had got the bus in. It does make me drowsy during the day though. For that reason i prefer to workout in the evening, i find it helps get rid of any agro developed during the day.

End of the day here. Managed the ride to teachers house 6 very hilly miles. Then my training budy came round and we did the sufferfest downward spiral. You need to rest, the rest period is when your body recovers. As you exercise you muscles tear as they work, when you rest these tears are repaired and your muscles get stronger and possibly bigger. Im a cyclist and rest is always a big topic with us. You should have a full days rest after a very hard cardio session…

Reporting in. Did my 1st turbo session with my new training buddy. We used one of those cycling training dvds and used a mountain climbing one.
