I just go and do my own thing and try not to think about that. Some day I will be one of those skinny girls and until then, I WORK FOR IT.

I have diverticulosis and ulcerative colitis...and when I have them, the flares are BAD. That is enough for me to avoid the foods that don't agree with me or that I've already identified are triggers for me. As bad as it sucks, I can't eat popcorn or corn on the cob....the pain is just not worth it to me anymore.

I would just say that you are around all the time therefore she wants to be around the other family members when they are around...she doesn't see them as much so that's likely why. She's young still so it will probably change at some point.
