  • Firstly I'd like to say a big thank you to all of you for sharing some of your experiences. I have been there with a few of them. I think the biggest insult and least sympathetic person was my mum. This insult was the last straw and last time I let her insult me about my weight and considering I'd lost a bit of weight and…

  • Fantastic job there. You've done great. Wow. x
  • Well done for loosing those inches.:-) The lack of weight loss on the scales is most probably because you have started to build muscle. Forget the scales, I now have mine put away and planning to weigh myself on the first of the each month. I haven't weighed myself since 1st June and I am DESPERATE to see what the scales…
  • I thought I'd bump this as I am doing level 1. I have completed Day 2 yesterday and found it a little easier than day 1. The jumping jacks are killing me though. I get so out of breath and my legs go to jelly but pushed through them and at least completed the workouts. Off to do Day 3 later, going to add back in my usual…
  • Day 2 yesterday. Was surprised how much easier than day 1 it was. Doing day 3 later and planning to add my usual routine in with it today. Keep up the good work everyone :-)

  • Well was let down by my friend tonight so decided I was going to redo day 1 tonight on my own. I managed to get to the end... Yeah. Gosh it was really hard. At the end I could have passed out. I found that the jumping jacks are the hardest for me then the butt kicks. Really knocks the breath out of me. I do hope these will…

  • Had to delay the start of L1 D1 until today. OMG I got 8min in and I was breath and exhausted. It may be because I've not done my normal routine since Thursday of last week. I told a friend about it and how I could only manage 8min and after we had a giggle about the state I was in at 8min, she said she would do the whole…

  • Hi, Just wanted to pop in and say hi. I am planning to start the 30DS later today. I am a little reluctant but determined. I have taken my start pics earlier so I have a visual guage. Lots of positivity sent to you all. X
  • I will be doing D1 L1 later today. Unfortunately the only weights I have are only 1lb each. But I do have wrist weights of 350g each so was thinking I could use the wrist weights throughout the whole workout and my baby weights during the strength part. Will definitely look at bigger weights when going shopping later in…

  • Hi, I have actually put away the scales for June. I weighed myself on the 1st and not planning to weigh myself until the 1st July. I am starting the 30DS today. I took before photos and hope to gauge progress that way until 1st July when I will be doing measurements, Callipers and weight. I am finding it really difficult…
  • Fab job and thank you for sharing your tips. I am planning to start the 30DS on Saturday. Will be doing before and after pics too as think its a great way to see the changes without the scales. Again Thank you. X
  • Hi, I got mine on eBay, search for body fat callipers. The one I got is only the very basic and cost about £3.00. Hope that helps :-) x
