HI, I have around 29lb to loose and work with 1500cals/day and I exercise upwards of 4 times per week. Have requested friends with a couple of you lovelies but always open to more friends. Support is crucial... X

I thought I'd bump this as I am doing level 1. I have completed Day 2 yesterday and found it a little easier than day 1. The jumping jacks are killing me though. Well was let down by my friend tonight so decided I was going to redo day 1 tonight on my own. I managed to get to the end... Yeah. Gosh it was really hard. At the end I could have passed out. Hi, I got mine on eBay, search for body fat callipers. The one I got is only the very basic and cost about £3.00. Hope that helps :-) x
