  • Always good to get out for a run when away from home - hate being stuck in the hotel with only food and drink to occupy an idle body!!!   • Finished C25K in September and on Sunday I ran non-stop for 7 miles in just over an hour. Also, at the Scotland v England football match tonight, I will be wearing my kilt. It's the kilt I was given 26 years ago (for my 21st birthday) and I've not been close to squeezing into it since 2011. Happy days! :smile:

  • I will re-join this month and up my target to 65miles. Tough in the cold, dark and rain but I'm up for the challenge!
  • Apologies, I have only just "discovered" the world of Groups on MFP - saw this and couldn't help but add that since this thread started in August - I've lost 15lbs. Happy for it to be included. (It was 6lb more but I'm just back from a fortnight's poolside holiday...what can I say?!?)
