Last month you set a goal of 8 miles & you beat it with 10 1/2 miles. You've already run almost 16 miles this month. That's about 1.5 times last months mileage & double last months goal! (Math Geeks close your eyes here, I'm making a point not being exact.) You really are improving! (*) You set a huge goal for yourself & you've been running your heart out to hit it. Somewhere in there you realized this: " running more of my route, and faster. I like it!!!" You're doing something you enjoy, that will keep you healthy. Sounds like a win to me.
