    Added 2.30 miles on 10/23 and 2.55 miles on 10/27/14 taking me to 52.5/50. Goal complete and surpassed.

    I'm 7.5 miles shy of 50 miles in October. That was the challenge I set for myself. The plan is 2 miles tonight. 3 miles tomorrow, and 2.5 miles Thursday. Friday is a rest day and I have 10K #3 on Saturday. :smile:

      Oh Dear, how frightening - a car accident definitely puts goals in perspective. I'm so glad no one was hurt, things can be replaced you are irreplaceable. <3 There will be other races, this is only a temporary setback. I'm glad to see you've already gotten out there & started running again; this momentary affliction won't break you!

      Thanks @fabnine! It rattled me more than I wanted to let on even to myself. Glad to be feeling more like myself...even starting to get that almost "itchy" feeling that I need to go for a run...a nice long one! Hoping to get out tonight!
