October-ended up at 109+ running miles. A bit of a struggle with some travel and a loss of one weekend due to a Monday medical test that required no running for 72 hours. But ended it well and our weather down south is just getting better and better. The clocks moving back will be a big help to November since I am a morning runner and hate being in the dark the entire way.

As of Sunday the 11th- considering I couldn't WALK 5 miles 6 months ago, running 5 is a bit of a miracle.
