    Re-initiated mid-month - light challenge as we continue the downhill side of marching band.... 20 mile goal for now.

    10/13/14: 1.5 miles - 18.5 to go. (biceps/back)
    10/17/14: 2.0 miles - 16.5 to go (chest/abs)
    10/20/14: 1.5 miles - 15.0 to go (Lower Body/Abs)

Should be able to make 100 by the end of the month.

    Oct 15 - Didn't run but went for a 10k hike in the woods. Was an amazing day for it too.

    Oct 17 - 1 hour of swimming laps. Super rainy here today and no good for a
    run.
    Oct 18 - One long day at work
    Oct 19 - Another long day at work
    Oct 20 - 5k....and new PR for my fastest 1k and fastest 1 mile time. Yay!
    Oct 21 - 6k

    Still got 30k to go of my 90k goal.

    10/7: 3.5: speedwork on dreadmill
    10/10: Easy 3
    10/11: 6 miles! Longest I've ever ran so far!
    10/14: 3.5 speedwork on dreadmill
    10/17: Easy 3 plus 4 strides = 3.4
    10/18: "Long" run: 5 miles (20 sec faster split times than from the 4th!)
    10:21: 4 miles speedwork on dreadmill

    40.8 out of 70...I don't think I'll hit my goal due to a few times I mistakenly set the alarm for PM instead of AM...:(
