Well done to all who've hit their goal already especially those in the snow! Funny that, we are experiencing a heatwave down under and it is now 38C (that's 100F according to Google) as I write this sentence!!

I hear you! I have 2 5Ks scheduled in the next week and they seem to mess with my daily runs.

Perfect 58* sunny morning for a 'long run' Had planned on doing 10, but it was so nice out I ended up doing 11.3. That was my longest run so far. Feel like I'll be in good shape for my first 15k in February and my first half in April.

Got in 9.5 miles this morning despite the 18-20mph winds and stronger gusts. It was great going out with the wind at my back but I really underestimated how hard it would be running back into the wind along the open river bank. My entire body is exhausted but I hit my goal!!
