But even if 1200 would be too little.....wouldnt I still lose weight? I'm at a deficit. I weigh 130 pounds and my goal is to get to 125. Its been really really hard to get to. I am 5"5. And YES. i weigh my food on a scale.
-
yeah i gotcha ,i guess ill keep on with the 1200/day. maybe ill just choose healthier foods but i know its just all about calories in/calories out. man this is frustrating. just gotta keep carrying on.
-
sorry guys.....didnt wanna sound like an idiot......just looking for some helpful advice. Weight loss isnt the easiest thing to get done.
-
well it just makes me a little scared that my metabolism isnt acting right.....three weeks and two pounds? it just dosnt make any sense on a 1200 calorie diet
-
It must be something else then......it just I've been on a 1200 calorie diet for the past 3 weeks-and yes, i weigh my food, and I started at 132....then down to 127.....now I've been at 130 for the past week.....its just really annoying. I SHOULD be at 126 right now but I'm 130.......what can I do? I just started playing…

that makes so much sebse threnjen!!!!! You have answered my question I have been pondering over for the last 8 months! I've maintained 130 for so long but I was lowest at 125 and 125 was always my goal weight!
-
SLL Runner, The thing is, I am crazy about counting calories! I measure everything with my scale, down to the gram. I guess four pounds isnt bad.....maybe I'll up my calories to 1500 and see where that goes? I just like doing the 1200 since I see results pretty quickly. My main goal is to get to 125 by thanksgiving!

first, thanks for joining :) also, your plan sounds good, i would just watch the ingredients lists. wonder bread from the 70s probably had different ingredients than wonder bread today. I want to try to make my own white bread recipe from my betty crocker cook book. it dosnt have a ton of ingredients, less than 10 i think.…

sorry guys, i guess youre all the experts, i cant believe i ever doubted your opinions
-
so are you saying you agree with me?

well everyone, considering i know the man, it did happen, he did lose 25 pounds and he swears it was the beet juice, no matter how much all of you complain about magic unicorns and tigers, it did happen, sorry if that ruins your day
-
man, you guys are kinda being ridiculous. i mean havent you heard of people doing juice cleanses? i think my friend did the same thing. i mean the fiber from the beet probably pushed all of the junk that may have been stuck in his colon and intestines. its a possibility.
-
yeah but he said he didnt change anything about his diet except the beet juice and then within 2 months he lost 25 pounds, most would think he'd just maintain his weight but he didnt. and theres no way he could lose 25 pounds just by exercising in 2 months, at least i dont think it is.
-
how much weight have you lost so far lesleymf?
-
have you experienced weight gain in adding carbs?
-
im not sure about if my measurements change, ill check on that when i add my carbs back in
-
im 5"7
-
also, do you reccomend eating 100-150 grams of carbs right away? or should i slowly work toward that number?
-
what do you mean by equalize? maintain my weight?
-
my goal weight is 127, and thats where i am right now. when i ate some carbs i gained 4 pounds of water weight. i was thinking if i went down to 123 pounds and i started adding carbs back into my diet, when id gain the 4 pounds of water weight id be at my goal weight. i just want to maintain at 127 pounds is all.
-
do you think itd be safe if i lost a few more pounds and say got down to 122 pounds so when i gained about 3-5 pounds of water weight id be at my goal weight?
-
my lbm is 100 and i weigh 127 pounds, any advice on how much i should eat?
-
