one for the englsh Moofree chocolate.. omnom! and its soooo good because its a bit dark and i can only eat about 4 squares in one go!

i eat the pulp so its easy to add everything as wholes I also shove a celery stick in every time i blend.. mmmmm

well done for not gaining! Similar story here, but it took me ages to lose my weight, I'm ready to be slim for summer. Currently sitting in 12/14 jeans and want to be in a comfortable 10 again!! also 5'7 and want to be just under 140lbs

I'll go for 10% increase on my longest swim I usually do 1/2 to 1 mile a night Monday -Wednesday and Thursday's 100 x25m so I'll up that to 110 x 25m Mines all breast stroke. And I keep my head out the water, because i hate getting my face wet. So it takes me ages.

I too use lemon or lime juice Also sweet chilli sauce, as you don't need much to get a good flavour!
