how would you add foods that are added to a family meal like Kraft - Philadelphia Cooking Creme- Savory Garlic, 1/4 cup (64g) is 110 calories and is being added to my family's meal (chicken) but i am not eating the 1/4 cup how would i log this?

I add it into my recipes and then portion it0

Add however much of it you eat. If you put 1/4 cup in the whole dish, and you eat 1/4 of the dish, you ate 1/16 of a cup.0

Enter the entire meal into the recipe tool and then add it to your diary. There is no way to know how much of the 1/4 cup you ate. I am the chef of the family and every "meal" we eat goes into the recipe tool so I know exactly how much I am eating.0
