Make sure you get some decent quality protein and healthy fats in with your evening meal. That will help with the munchies. A Honied Broiled Salmon Fillet, or maybe Some Greek Yoghurt with Berries and Honey for dessert?

I used to have the same problem, have my evening meal around 7:30/8pm and then be hungry again around 10/10:30. My nutritionist advised me to add 20g of decent protein to my meal. Either a Steamed or Grilled Skinless Chicken Breast or Salmon Fillet. Bingo, no more cravings, and my weight loss increased too.

Don't concentrate on the scale to measure your success. Work out, eat right and take measurements, have a tape measure be your primary source of progress.
