  • That is awesome!!' Congrats!!! I went out and bought some shorts a size smaller finally. And technically they are probably 2 sizes smaller than what my true size was because I would squeeze myself into my clothes before. It's such a great feeling, isn't it? Keep it up! :)

  • That is so awesome! My daughter does Girls on the Run at school. They run twice a week and are taught healthy eating habits. In May they run a 5K and I've signed up to do it with her. I'm sure I'll be mostly walking but just completing it will be success for me! :)
  • Eggs = Yummy! :) I eat 2-3 every morning with breakfast and occasionally I'll even boil a few for my salad or snack. No worries.

  • I definitely gain weight during that time of the month. Usually about 3lbs during the week leading up to it. And then by the time it's over the weight gain is gone.
