  • I have one and I really like it! I was always so confused about how many calories I could eat. It links good with MFP and has a phone app as well. I'm having some trouble linking it to my Iphone through Bluetooth for up to the minute data, but other than that, i would suggest it.

  • I have one and love it. I had some problems figuring out in the beginning. The sleep pattern will be from the night before. Make sure you click on today, or a specific date at the top of the activity manager. You can also click to the left of each item and it will drop down with more detailed information. Good luck!

  • I made some mini spniach quiches yesterday for the week. Lots of veggies and protien - 246 calories. I only live a couple minutes from work so I warmed it up and ate it as soon as I got to work. Could "nuke" it too. It kept me full until lunch! Eggs, spinach, peppers, onion, low fat cottage cheese, 2% cheddar cheese. YUM

  • I typically have egg beaters, but just 1/3 cup. I sautee peppers, onions and mushrooms, which far outweigh the egg, so I probably could go without the egg all togeher. But as stated above, don't need to have "breakfast food" A couple days ago I had 4 oz of left over grilled samon for breakfast.
