Eating Clean Help

Hey guys, I am currently starting a new personal challenge of eating clean or as clean as possible for 150 days. Anyone have any tips or ideas to share? First attempt at this. Thanks.

    I have done it in the past, and getting back on track myself. My best advise is be "prepared". I grill a couple pounds of chicken breast at a time and keep in in the fridge for quick meals. I also cook turkey breast and fish ahead too. I cut up veggies and have them ready for a quick grab and premake some side salads. I make my menu up for the week. Keep fruit for a quick snack. My weakness is if I'm hugry I grab what is quick and available, and this really helped me.
