Love both. The important thing is Water! I can' t say this enough: water, water water and if you need an edge then apple cider vinegar water. I can' t believe I usually forget this essential part of weight loss (curbs hunger for one) and of healthy living habits in general!

I'll read through all these later. Here is my info for now 5'5" (5 ft 4 and 61/64 inch to be precise) SW( 2012): 200 pounds CW: 183 GW: 152-158 (depends on how toned I get and how I look in my "skinny" clothes :wink: ).

Checking in SW (MFP): 200+ pounds W 13.01:186 pounds W 21.01: 183, something GW January: 179 GW (overall): 150 So finally lost the weight I had gained back during Holliday's (6 pounds), yay! And I have managed to stay within my carb limit, EVERYDAY , another yay! :happy:

Amazing success story and thx for taking the time to share your story and tips. Can relate to most of your story (200 pounds at 10 and in and out of a diet since than), believe me.
