I do overnight oatmeal with some blueberry preserves, fresh blueberries, chia seeds, greek yogurt, and lemon zest... its so good.

I came here specifically looking for others that struggle with binge eating... part of me gives up on a night that I decide to do it and then I feel like crap afterward. Even if I eat a good dinner I have the urge.

Worked at Mcdonalds for 10 years as a manager, ate there every day, and was in the best shape of my life because I made decent choices. I LOVE Mcdonalds... lol and Jack and coke...

If you have upped your physical activity, you might want to consider making sure you get a bit more sleep. When I started MFP I was down to 1200 calories and it was NOT enough for me... I started getting head aches and feeling dizzy and exhausted. Eat more!

I'm with you... I actually don't think wine is that bad compared to mixed drinks and some beers and its higher alcohol. I just do an extra work out and eat a healthier dinner if Im planning on downing a bottle. (Im preggo right now, so no wine..lol)

I put it in my scrambled eggs and its delicious... I also add it to protein smoothies with peaches and strawberries... Add it to soups.

IF you don't like doing the packets there are also spice mixes you can look up as alternatives...same with "cream of" soups...

I love my slow cooker... My favorite is a packet of powder ranch dressing with 3 chicken breast and a small bottle of franks buffalo sauce...I shred the chicken after 6-8 hours on low and eat it with lettece wraps! Its wicked good...
