Thanks everyone! For me I'm great during the day but when I'm come home I'm hungry. I find I snack while I'm cooking or waiting for something in the oven. Was thinking of substituting vega one for dinner with a healthy snack.

I guess the point I'm trying to make is that we want to encourage each other to lose the weight in healthy ways. No fad diets or starvation. I have a fitbit. I use it quite religiously. Clip it onto my bra and away I go. For me, I know that daily I set a 10,000 step goal. If I have a less active day than I make a point of going for a long dog walk or run after work. It depends on what your overall goals are, each is a little different.

Down load the Songza app. There are playlists for almost every activity or mood you can think of. It does use data, so you may have to use it sparingly or on wifi while doing a home work out. Great App and FREE. :)

I dont eat any red meat. Just as a personal choice. I stick to chicken and seafood. I have tried to be a vegetarian before, but I found it difficult to get enough iron. Nothing wrong with meat, you need protein to lose weight safely. Best of luck!

Going away to Jamaica the end of August with my boyfriend of 5 years. The vacation to celebrate his mothers 60th birthday and all of her family will be there. Some of which I havent ever met. I am working hard now so that I will actually wear my bikini on the beach.

Instead of yogurt in the morning I have 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese with some chopped strawberries/fruit and 1/3 cup of bran buds. Some days I just op for the cottage cheese and bran buds. I feel full until lunch time.
