I quit 2 weeks ago again,my first quit was Feb 2012,picked up again in Sept during a trip...i quit again and hope to stick to to. I plan to drop 40 pounds,stay smoke free and buy my dream car.

Question for all you who do not drink..what happens on vacation?like vegas for example,no drinking and a cigar?that is my biggest fear if i quit drinking.

im 240 pounds,i am eating 1570 calories a day,i lift heavy 5 days a week,cardio 6 days,im dropping massive bodyfat,gaining some muscle,i push hard when i am in the gym..to the point of an outer body experience when i get home,sometimes the next day i feel disoriented.

Great motivator however i am a bit confused,i lift weights and do cardio,i am packing on lean muscle,which weighs more then fat,if anything my weight would decrease very minimal,do you people lift weights?you and i both know if you hit the weights hard the scale will change very little,but you will look better..how do many…

Cause since known to man,decrease in the number on the scale has been the part of the mindset when a person goes on a diet,when i look at my stomach its smaller,body is more toned however no movement on the scale is a bit discouraging
