Twice a day - strength training in the morn, cardio at night!

But i dont think its necessary...i just enjoy it so i do it

Rest days have actually scientifically been shown to make the body perform more effectively, so you should try to have a rest day

I used to work out 2-3hours each day, until I sustained a major injury (broke both ankles). Now, I do a 1-hour spin class (stationary cycling) once a day, but I work HARD. I find it doesn't matter how much time/how often, it depends on the intensity. I make way more progress doing 1 hour of hard cardio daily with 2-3 resistance sessions thrown in a week, with one day rest if needed. I do have a good level of fitness though, so for a newbie I'd suggest 3+ cardio sessions a week, then add in the resistance.

Six days a week, 3 days running, 3 days of strength, generally no more than 60 minutes a day.

Love my rest day, sometimes I take two days off if the body tells me to, and occasionally I take the better part of a week off - then I feel rested and strong when I come back to my workouts.

I run 7 days a week but on Sundays, it's a nice relaxing run. I do the elliptical 5 days a week for 30-60 mins and now that my weights are here, I will be adding strength training in 3x a week. :). I run that much because I honestly love it and it's my time to let everything go.

3-4 times a week at the gym doing HIIT's mixed with weight lifting.. about 60-90 mins a session. Pretty intense, but I kind of need it.

I have recently been able to kick things back into gear after an ankle injury, My workouts consist of 800-1000 calories 4-5 times a week. I usually let my body tell me what is enough. It is the greatest meter in the world.

I work out everyday. What I do, depends on the day. I have my work routine and then my weekend routine.

Usually 6 days a week, should really have one rest day from training, but i end up going for a walk. All my weight loss is down to cycling. Good Luck.

Yep, me too. And on Friday - my rest day - I'll sometimes take a walk at lunch, but nothing strenuous.

    5 days of lifting.
I also walk every day for 30 minutes, but rarely count it.
