Just started today on level 1 did 20 mins and wow i felt it she kill me but she push me thru the whole workout ,t i feel better afterwards i can't believe how great it feels to workout at home without worrying who's looking at you in some wired way or some what.

My goals for 2010 is to loose around 80 pound by December 7th,2010 my 26 birthday. loose around 7-8 a months, keeping the weight off and to keep eating healthy and working out.

i think you right about that one lol i should switch up because today was my first day on the shred did it earlier and felt better doing it during the day so i'm gonna try this out and see then go for a walk 30 mins after dinner.
