Breakfast VS Dinner!

Hey guy's i have a question is it ok to have a bigger meal for breakfast and a smaller meal for dinner?

    I don't think it matters all that much.
  • Not only is it okay--it is better.
    Breakfast like a king.
    Lunch like a prince.
    Dinner like a pauper.

    They early you eat, the more time you have to utilize the calories appropriately.

    a variation of what christinel said that my grandma always told me:

    eat breakfast by yourself so you get all food
    eat lunch with a friend do they'll split the food with you
    eat dinner with an enemy so that they'll take most of the food and leave you with very little.

    I think having a good, filling, satisfying breakfast gives you great energy to get the day going and reduces cravings for the rest of the day.

    Breakfast is usually between 500-700 calories for me !
