A lot of times hunger has to do with not eating enough protein or fat in a meal. Having a balanced meal with protein, carbs and veggies/fruit, with enough fat in the meal should help hunger. And eating every 3 hours helps a ton too.

Back when I worked with a personal trainer when I was quite a bit younger, we did 15% fat, 60% carb, 25% protein. A lot depends on how much you are working out and stuff like that. And carbs are easy to use up because even veggies have carbs. Sounds like you are doing a high protein diet.

I tried GF for a couple of months but had complete constipation and had to quit because that was causing me other issues like abdominal pains & stomach distention, even went to the ER. How do you do GF and not have other problems?
