Omg me too. My TOM just ended but I can't seem to lose the weight that I've put on due to TOM! It seems to have stayed on :( I made sure I exercise daily and I at below maintenance. I have basically put back on all the weight that I've lost so far. So disappointed. :(

If you are having trouble doing planks, you can always pivot yourself on your knees instead of your feet. Makes it a lot easier. Kind of like how doing pushups on the knees is a lot easier than doing pushups pivoting on the toes.

Not necessarily. However, I've been on and off diets for the past 13 years. I've always had bad skin. The only differentiating factor this time is diet soda. So I'm inclined to believe that it is the root cause. Sorry for not putting my life story out there lol. :D
