  • I have the FT4 in pink and I love it. Combining it with MFP I have really been able to do the "maths" of weightloss, and have had much more success. I think the FT4 is really good if you just want a calorie counter, if you want any of the bells or whistles I have heard the 7 is good.

  • This is a good idea. Ive have joined a gym that has all the basic equipment and the classes. The classes are good because once you have started, you are commited to 30-60 mins of excercise. I also found having a personal trainer once a week or fortnight was helpful too. keeps me on track.
  • My advice is to put the scoop on the scale, then zero the scale. If you then fill up the scoop you can see what it weighs and if it matches the nutritional information. Im guessing the weight would not include the scoop, but I havent checked.
  • Energy drinks (replaced with define*8 at the moment) and trying to kick Hot Chips, it leads to other terrible temptations. Also, processed snacks such as museli bars and cheese and cracker dips
